YOUR STAY

Arrival/departure times
Arrivals between 4.30pm and 7pm.

Departures: 10am.

Please respect these times. Outside these times, your welcome cannot be guaranteed. In the event of late arrival or last-minute inconvenience, please let us know. If you do not respect these times, you will be charged an additional fee (15 euros per room per hour of delay) to compensate the staff.

The Nijãl and Neh er lenn (cabins perched at 8-10 meters) are reserved for adults in good physical condition (except pregnant women and people suffering from sleepwalking), who are not afraid of heights.
No overnight arrivals will be accepted.

Lov'Nid should be avoided if you are sleepwalking.

The tenant, signatory of the present contract, concluded for a determined period, will not be able to in no case to prevail himself of an unspecified right to the maintenance in the places at the end of the period of hiring.

Sanitary facilities for Lodges, Spa Chalets and Cabane En Ty et Neizh
The lodges, spa chalets and cabanes En Ty et Neizh are equipped with water-closets. All 3 accommodations are equipped with electricity.

Sanitary facilities for atypical accommodation (yurts, cabins, lov'nid, roulotte, chalet, bubbles)
Cabins, yurts, caravans and chalets are equipped with cat toilets and dry toilets. Dry toilets are also available for suspended bubble tents and the lov'nid.

Standard sanitary facilities (bathrooms and toilets) are available on the farm. Regular disinfection is carried out in accordance with current sanitary standards, and individual bathrooms are available by reservation only.

Only the guest room in the building has a bathroom and separate toilet.

Bed
linen
Bed linen is included for all unusual accommodations, and beds are made up on arrival.
For lodges and spa chalets, bed linen can be rented and left on the beds on arrival.
For suspended bubble tents, sleeping bags or duvets/pillows are required.

Towels are provided for the spa cabins (En-ty and Neizh + 2 new ones) and the chambre d'hôte.
For other accommodations, towels can be rented.

Heating
In the cabins and unusual accommodations, our guests can light a stove free of charge in March and October, depending on the temperature. In April, May, June and September, heating can be booked for €18/night. Suspended bubble tents are not heated.

Breakfast and meals
For B&B guests, breakfast is delivered to your door by 9 a.m., so you can have breakfast in your room. It is also possible to have breakfast on the terrace in the guest lounge in fine weather.

For yurts, cabins, lov'nids, roulottes, chalets and spa chalets, breakfast will be delivered in a basket by 9 a.m., at the foot of your cabin (to be hoisted by a pulley system) or in front of the door of your accommodation.

Spa By Dihan relaxation area
The sauna and hammam are available on reservation or on site on request, subject to availability. Massages, cruises, rituals, facials and spa services are available by prior arrangement.
On-site reservations are subject to availability. 50% of spa treatments will be charged in the event of cancellation within 24 hours.

Organizing your stay/sports activities

Rental of VTC bicycles and sup paddle (Hawaiian board for trips in the ria d'Etel) is available on site, as are accompanied paddle excursions (minimum 2 people), kite surfing courses (minimum 2 people) and paintball.

Parking
Parking is available for your vehicles. We'll let you know when you arrive.

Cleaning - Respecting the premises
You are asked to leave the premises in a clean and tidy condition, and to return any equipment loaned to reception before the end of your stay. Loaned equipment must be returned to reception before departure.

Cleaning at the end of your stay is included in the case of insolites, spa cabins and spa chalets. It is extra for lodges. If the accommodation is returned in a damaged state, we reserve the right to charge you a fixed fee of 50 euros (inventory of fixtures carried out within 24 hours).

Please respect the surrounding flora and fauna. Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the rooms and in the Dihan premises, as well as in the protected forest area (bubbles).

Pets
Pets are not allowed, with the exception of assistance dogs and horses for hiking in the meadows.


PAYMENT/RESERVATION

See reservation contract or online purchase conditions.

Tourist tax: payable per day and per person over 18. For Spa Chalets and Lodges, it is due at the end of the stay. For other accommodations, it is included in the price of the stay.

Gift vouchers: valid for one year from date of purchase. For any extension of validity, a charge of 25 euros per additional year for accommodation and 10 euros for services excluding café lounge.

CANCELLATION POLICY

More than one month before your stay, 30% of the amount will be retained.

Between one week and one month before your stay, 60% of the amount will be retained.

For any stay cancelled within 7 days of the arrival date, interrupted or not used for any reason whatsoever, no-show, the full amount of the stay booked will be due or will be retained by Dihan. No refund will be made in the event of interruption of the stay for any reason whatsoever.

INSURANCE
Civil liability: The tenant certifies that he/she is covered by civil liability insurance. Children and young people under 18 years of age are considered to be under the full responsibility of the adults accompanying them.

Valuables: It is recommended not to leave valuables in the accommodation, and the management declines all responsibility in the event of theft.

LEGAL
Complaints
Any complaint concerning a stay must be sent by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt within 30 days of the stay and addressed to Dihan. The competent court in the event of a dispute is the Tribunal d'instance de Vannes. In accordance with article L.152-1 of the French Consumer Code, the contact details of the consumer ombudsman that the customer may contact are as follows: CMAP (center de médiation et d'arbitrage de Lorient, Morbihan).
