Our unusual cabins in Brittany

More than just a stay, an unusual night in the trees in a perched hut, we offer you a place to Pause. This is the meaning of the word Dihan in Breton.

Spending a night in a tree house as a couple, or with friends and family, is a chance to get away from the hectic pace of everyday life and catch your breath. In the simplicity of your accommodation, you can take the time to share a dinner for two in an exceptional setting, play games with your children in your candlelit cabin, stroll along the paths, and be awakened by birdsong. That's why sleeping in a tree house is such an unusual gift to give or to receive..

Sleeping on a unique estate in Brittany

Dihan, an unusual B&B site, has the particularity of being located very close to the sea (6 km from the beaches) and in the heart of South Morbihan, dotted with exceptional sites, and very close to your accommodation. The wild coast of Quiberon and the Grand site dunaire, the beaches and famous megalithic alignments (soon to be listed as a Unesco World Heritage Site?) of Carnac, the Gulf of Morbihan, classified as the most beautiful bay in the world, the mysterious Ria d'Etel and its islets, the little sea of Gâvres, the little port of Saint Goustan in Auray, the historic cities of Vannes and Lorient, Port Louis, all within 10 minutes to less than an hour's drive of your tree house. Whatever your tastes, we love our part of Brittany and would be delighted to show it to you

The history of the estate

The other special feature of Dihan is its history, which adds to the soul of this unusual hotel. This history is closely linked to our desire to revive a heritage rooted in our beautiful Brittany: the family farm and its 25 hectares of unspoilt nature. This haven of peace was home to several generations of our family, and this contributes to its beauty and our attachment to it. The buildings and fields were cleared and rehabilitated by years of progressive work.

Four generations have seen this renaissance take shape: the small Dihan team will tell you all about it in our favorite part of the countryside. Trees and embankments also have things to say. That's why Dihan has grown up with a strong commitment to sustainable tourism. We'd be delighted to share them with you.
