Arrival between 4pm and 7pm.
Departure before 11am. You can enjoy the site (swimming pool, café lounge, slow tourism circuit...) as much as you like.
Please respect these times. Late arrivals, in very exceptional cases, will be validated only on request, with a surcharge of €20 per hour of delay to compensate staff.
Our team welcomes you every day we're open. Tours of the site are available on request. Spa and Café lounge for concerts and events are open to non-residents.
Parking facilities ? Electric car ?
Parking spaces reserved for our guests. Cabins can be reached on foot (50 to 350 m depending on accommodation). Car-free site!
For longer stays and ecolodges, carts are available for luggage and shopping.
Continental breakfasts (bread, butter, jam, croissants, organic Carnac apple juice, tea/coffee/chocolate) delivered in a basket to the foot of your cabin around 9am, included in all our services, except for ecolodges (optional).
Gourmet packed lunches (starter, main course, dessert, drinks included) to be enjoyed in your cabin or at various locations around the site.
Aperitif baskets (Breton or VIP with champagne).
Snacks and organic and/or locavore drinks at the Café Lounge in fine weather.

Private spa (wooden Jacuzzi and Finnish bath) in your luxury accommodation (spa cabin in the trees and on the water).
Upon reservation, the Spa By Dihan space, in the old stable of the farmhouse, is a 75 m2 private space open to the outside world (sauna, hammam, massage, herbal tea room). We also welcome small groups (friends, mother-daughter groups, works council groups, hen parties, etc.), training courses and can offer tailor-made services.
For sauna and hammam: towels and bathrobes provided. For a massage, bikini or lingerie bottoms must be worn.

Swimming pool and café lounge ?
Accessible only to our residents, excluding events and concerts.
What is included in the price of a night?
Basis: Night for 2 people, breakfast included (except ecolodge, bed linen and DDP not included). Heating included from October 1 to March 31 for cabanes perchées and chambres insolites, included for chambre d'hôtes and for all others.
What options are available?
Additional person, aperitif and meal baskets, spa, baby bed, heating from April 1 to September 30, linen and DDP for ecolodges... Listed in each accommodation description.
Booking periods required?
All our cabins can be booked by the night, except for ecolodges, which can be booked for 2 nights, ecologes and Spa on the Water cabins, which can be booked by the week in July and August.
Our cabanes and chambres insolites are equipped with bed linen, small furnishings, candles, dry toilets or bathroom and toilet, depending on the accommodation, and a terrace with outdoor furniture. Cabanes perchées and chambres insolites have no running water or electricity: dry toilets and access to bathrooms in the guest lounge.
Luxury spa cabins and ecolodges have bathrooms, with or without separate WCs.
Luxury cabins feature wooden Jacuzzis/Finnish baths

Sanitary facilities ?
For atypical accommodations, perched cabins and unusual rooms (excluding B&Bs), "classic" sanitary facilities - WCs and bathrooms - are available in the guest lounge near the reception building (50 to 350 meters away)
In the cabanes perchées and chambres insolites (excluding chambre d'hôtes and cabanes luxe dans les arbres et sur l'eau), auxiliary heating is available (gas stoves), if required, from October 1 to March 31. Optional for the rest of the year.

Free WIFI connection in our Indezad guest lounges and Breizhad guest room, open 24/24h, and recharge your devices (phones...).
At Dihan we love animals! Unfortunately, for their own safety and that of our guests (horses, donkeys and sheep on site, wild animals passing through, deer, squirrels...) and for reasons of hygiene, we are unable to welcome your pets.
Exception for horses on riding holidays and assistance dogs.
Payment methods ? Down payment?
It's easiest to pay online, but we accept credit cards, cheques, cash, vacation vouchers and partner gift vouchers (from our list only).
We require payment of 100% of the total cost of your stay (except for ecolodges and weekly spa cabins, 30% at the time of booking/70% 60 days before your arrival).

How can I modify my stay?
Modification: Any modification in terms of dates, location, duration, number of people or family composition must be validated by Dihan. Any such modification may be subject to additional invoicing. Under no circumstances can Dihan undertake to modify your reservation with any certainty, as it remains bound by the reservation schedule: in the event that a modification is impossible, the stay remains payable in full. In the event of a possible arrangement (replacement by other guests), more than one week before the reservation, no fee will be due, less than one week before the reservation 50% of the sum will be charged as a supplement. In the event of external events beyond our control, we may have to modify or cancel your stay. We will then offer you, subject to availability, an equivalent stay with different dates or accommodation. If you are not satisfied with this offer, all sums paid will be reimbursed; no other compensation may be claimed. In the event of a guest refusing to go up to the cabins (fear, vertigo, etc.), alternative accommodation will be offered subject to availability, but no refund will be made.
In the event of very bad weather, such as storms, frosts or thunderstorms, we reserve the right to relocate guests to other accommodation or to postpone their stay to a later date, subject to availability, at no extra charge. This decision is Dihan's responsibility.
Cancellation / postponement ?
For any stay cancelled more than 30 days before the arrival date, we will retain the equivalent of 30% of the stay or accept, subject to availability, the possibility of a postponement. Between 30 and 8 days before arrival, 60% of the total amount will be retained. For any stay cancelled within 7 days of the arrival date, interrupted or not used for any reason whatsoever, or in the event of no-show, the full amount of the stay booked will be payable or retained by Dihan. No refunds will be made for interrupted stays. Perched cabins only: in the event of adverse weather conditions such as storms, frost or thunderstorms, Dihan reserves the right to relocate customers to other accommodation, subject to availability, at no extra charge. In this case only, the customer is entitled to a 50% discount on a future stay in the cabin, subject to availability. In the event of a guest refusing to climb a hut due to fear, vertigo, etc., we will offer to relocate the guest to another accommodation, subject to availability, at no extra charge, but no refund will be made.
